Trauma informed therapy for adults in
Montana, Washington, New Hampshire, and Maine.
My work is grounded in Body Trust®, a weight inclusive and trauma informed framework that centers body autonomy, nervous system safety, and respect for lived experience. I help clients move away from shame, self monitoring, and survival based patterns and toward a steadier relationship with themselves.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who works with adults navigating trauma, chronic stress, body image distress, disordered eating, relationship wounds, and the long aftereffects of environments that taught them to disconnect from themselves.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I do not believe healing happens through shame, rigid self improvement, or pushing people past their capacity. I work from a trauma informed, weight inclusive, Body Trust® framework that makes room for nuance, lived experience, and the realities of the world people are trying to survive in.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as Chair of the NASW-MT Policy Committee. That role reflects my belief that individual suffering does not happen in a vacuum. Policy, systems, and culture shape mental health, access to care, and the conditions people are expected to endure.
I provide telehealth therapy for adults located in Montana, Washington, New Hampshire, and Maine.
