My work is grounded in Body Trust®, a weight inclusive and trauma informed framework that centers body autonomy, nervous system safety, and respect for lived experience. I help clients move away from shame, self monitoring, and survival based patterns and toward a steadier relationship with themselves.
You may be carrying the effects of trauma, chronic stress, body shame, disordered eating, relationship pain, or years of feeling like you had to override your own needs just to get through the day. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what has shaped you, and build a different way of relating to yourself.
I offer therapy for adults who want thoughtful, practical, trauma informed care that honors complexity. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and shaped by a Body Trust® perspective that challenges weight stigma and supports healing without turning your body into a problem to solve.
Body Trust® is a trademarked approach of the Center for Body Trust, and the Center’s branding guidance says the registered symbol should be used in written materials. The Center also describes Body Trust as scientifically grounded and informed by social justice, liberatory frameworks, and embodiment theory.
